If you're American, there's no way to wire that much within a reasonable time frame, no matter which country you're in. Wire transfers are surveilled and the compliance requirements are so onerous that a lot of non-American banks simply refuse to open accounts for Americans. I know from experience... If its only in America, one of the big names will do it, for an unreadably large cut in the middle. If you're not American... Lucky you.
