After a year or so of using GitHub copilot, I feel like a worse programmer. I wasn’t great at it to begin with, but not having to look things up or deeply think about the problem in front of me definitely did not help. Especially when diving into a new technology / problem space, I find myself learning much less and forget whatever I do learn much more quickly.
Curious about your actual experiences.
