Not sure what your symptoms are but selenium in the form Se-Methyl L-Selenocystein, life extenions and swanson sell it, is super bioavailable and my symptoms disappear within a half hour of taking it. I think I paid $5 for the swanson brand on iherb. Other forms don't seem to work as fast but may help.
