Filecoin's solution grates w me and again has issues, although they are doing useful work for p2p in general, particularly with libp2p.
I did borrow from an IPFS implementation of FUSE though, to mount local drives for another decentralised storage project, Safe Network. I'm hopeful that is coming of age w/o misgivings.
