In the past week we've had Trump getting shot at, Trump accepting the nomination, Crowdstrike shitting the bed, Biden seeing the writing on the wall, and his party "uniting" behind Harris.
Should have seen it before. But all of them, one after another, it hit me like a ton of bricks:
the defining characteristic of my society is Stockholm syndrome.
