I did not allow myself to eat more after earning calories from exercise. I will probably start to allow this, but not yet.

Celebrating a week of dieting with a cheat day or a treat is like an alcoholic celebrating a week of sobriety with a shot – it is illogical and counterproductive.
Celebrate diet success by treating your body well; have a nice steak or something, not garbage.
