Happy International Women’s Day! What female author has inspired you the most?

Regular readers will know that we support each other's work, but it all started on what was I think a #WordWeavers post quite a while ago.
We had to submit an example of a fight scene. Nicole's offering literally took my breath away. I actually felt beaten up by reading it 🙂
I was genuinely inspired by that piece of writing, which led in turn to us working together.
This is How Immortals Die? ...with a lot of blood apparently. 🙂
