No, we've seen it before. These types were always broken up before they became too much of an issue. Not anymore. Look at the shareholders and owners of their funds. They wait until a crisis bottoms out a market, say housing and swoop in and buy it up and cheapest prices possible. Then fix it up and attempt to RENT at a premium. You will own nothing, and be happy. You will rent at any price because it's such a good idea it's mandatory.
