For context, I'd like to add that diagnosis of many mental issues on this list has improved and changed drastically over that time span. Specially since the release of DSM5.
I guess big chunks of that increase is due to better diagnosis and changed criteria.
Btw, I hope RFK manages to consult and trust real experts on health issues, because he himself isn't one.
