Hello
jonbyrnebtc (npub1kw6…msqx) I soak cashews (sometimes I combine them with sunflower seeds, Brazil nuts and/or almonds...) for 24 hours. Then rinse them and blend everything together with a little garlic, nutritional yeast, salt, lemon juice and a little vinegar and enough water to make it creamy. If you like it fermented, you can add the content of one capsule of microorganisms at the end (like the ones you get in a health food store to support digestion and microbiome balance). Then empty the cream into a container with a lid and let it ferment for a day or two at room temperature (without closing the lid completely so that oxygen can get in). Depending on how you like it.
But you can also eat it simply without fermentation and without adding microorganisms. You can also stir in dill, parsley, fresh or dried afterwards.
Let me know once you made it and how you liked it 🌱
I use also only raw nuts and seds and let the sunflower seeds germinate first 😃
