Super Android 13! was a good Dragonball movie. Best fight choreography and animation of the DBZ movies so far, nothing overly recycled or "lazy" feeling. It wasn't clear which android was 14 or 15 until halfway through the movie, which was annoying. 15 is the standout cast member as a midget pimp comedic caricature, bottle of whiskey included. I'm not a fan of the evolved form of 13, he's just a heavily muscled robot Saiyan and moves haltingly.
