Okay, so now Otterbox wants me to send them the case before they replace it because my claim has been selected for whatever qualifies as an audit to these people. They haven't responded yet, but I'll bet the answer is 6-8 weeks after they receive the defective case. That's book-ended by shipping times. Fuckin' ridiculous.
