Does anyone have the post where someone made a (very convincing) case that the reason leftists are in favor of censorship is because they lack critical thinking skills?

Basically, this post argues, whatever they're exposed to they're going to end up believing, so they naturally consider information to be extremely scary and dangerous and in need of suppression.
