Honestly, that could be a case study for *so* many things:
1) IMAP IS AWFUL. No matter how awful you think it is, it is worse.
2) you cannot crowdsource everything. Very few things in fact. Mostly money.
3) “power user” is a meaningless term. An admin for a CEO has a much more complicated email day than the codiest coder that ever coded.
