How many times have you stopped yourself from being able to love someone else, because you “already” love someone? Why did you do that? Do you feel grateful or happy that you stopped yourself? Proud?

Did you think that if you were to love this other person, you would stop loving the partner you already had?

Maybe your partner would be hurt. Maybe they too need to ask why your love must be confined to them. How much is their insecurity preventing you from loving who you are capable of loving?
