I am so incredibly tired of being demonstrably smarter than my superiors at work. I'm not trying to be arrogant or pretentious saying this but there's only so many times you can deal with having to explain simple things to someone who makes more money than you do before you come to the conclusion that your circumstances are inhibiting your growth.
