We have those rights naturally, the constitution says that government can't infringe on those rights. That's why the first starts off \"Congress shall make no law...\". It doesn't give us free speech, it says the government can't take our free speech. You're naturally allowed to have a gun, the State can't take that away. Supposedly.",
