I'm willing to bet even if you didn't register to vote, but decided at the last minute and went down to the polls and said you wanted to vote, they would let you.
If a pollster asks which party , this is where they would get you. If you say republican, they won't give you a ballot. If you say Democrat they'll say come on in.
