This over-the-door, shoe organizer is the best method that I've ever tried for organizing seed packets. The pockets are clear so that you can see what you have. It's easy to grab a single seed packet instead of hauling out your whole collection every time you want to plant one thing.
(I don't buy all of my seeds from Baker Creek but they do have the most colorful seed packets out there.)
