Just saw yet another legacy media article trying to soften us up on the idea of using insects as food by touting some new technology to make them palatable.

Humans already have a powerful and effective technology for turning bugs into nutritious food. We've had it for thousands of years. The problem is that it can't be patented. This means that no corporation will pay to advertise it. Which means it may as well not exist to legacy media.
