Apple spies on it's users through backdoors.
This is public knowledge.
Using any freedom tech or privacy tools on an iPhone is useless.
Mobile devices in general aren't great for privacy and security.
Atleast with some android vendors you can remove the operating system and flash a custom one that is hardened, open sources and void of corporatism.
