I've read the guides and feel overwhelmed. I suspect I am the wrong person for this task. (As I explained in another reply, we're a bunch of friends chipping in on a thank you gift for being able to use a friend's summer home, and I somehow got nominated to "figure it out")

I was ready to start with a Celestron NexStar before I worked out that that doesn't even address taking actual photos (or does it?). I am most definitely, no pun intended, out of my depth
