Let's say facebook caves and starts a NOSTR relay in 5 years. They have really good dick-filtering AI, an algorithm that gets people hooked on relevant content, it's really fast, and they start playing dirty--they delete notes that are posted to them if they are also posted to certain "free and open" relays. People stop posting elsewhere because they want to be on the facebook giga relay where they will be seen by a billion people. Centralization all over again.
I guess you could say the people that allow that were never in tune with censorship issues and can't be helped anyway.
