Obviously... But, like, it's super useful for a lot of things so how do you do stuff without utilizing bluetooth?
The biggest thing is syncing with the head unit in my vehicle. Bluetooth just works and has for over a decade. Most of the phones I buy don't have an audio port, annoyingly, so... Bluetooth just works well for audio connections.
