Anyone can start a wiki page for the same topic if they want, like !games@wiki.dbzer0.com vs !games@wiki.world, and the one who becomes the "main" would be organically chosen by the users. So some wiki pages would be started in some small instances and become the de-facto primary as the instance owner would be the most active around them.
If I had any time left I'd totally make a PoC of this. :D
