Ha! My sister in Akl sent me a parcel via Aramex on 6th December. The tracking insisted it was "near Dunedin" for weeks. Sender phoned several times and was told a variety of bullshit stories.
Aramex never come to Long Beach so finally the Dunedin branch rang me and said, "It's been here for weeks." They said it was "too big for NZ Post" who do the final deliveries, so I'd have to come into town and collect it myself.
Got it yesterday. Aramex... two months door to depot.
