I'm not a fan of wearing cotton or sleeping on cotton sheets. In both cases, they just do not seem to breath. I know I need to get away from wearing the polyester/spandex that can exist in a lot of athletic performance wear. But cotton isn't the answer, and the wool I've tried is really scratchy to me.

We have appreciated the Tencell/Lyocell sheets - they are very breathable and I do not burn up when sleeping on them. Been awhile since we used silk.
