The Netflix shows (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Power Fist and The Defenders) were separately owned, and Disney only recently got the TV rights back to these characters. So there are no real tie-ins outside Netflix, and who knows if they're considered canon.
I'd definitely say watch Daredevil before She-Hulk, it'll make the experience better. I don’t think there's anything you need to know in Hawkeye about the Netflix characters though. So not required watching.
