Windows has been doing this really fun thing where it won't actually close the program I'm using (Davinci Resolve, Affinity Photo 2, etc) and will just leave the app consuming ~300 MB of RAM. Then when I go to open the program again later it silently fails to launch until I go into the task manager and end the process.
