The woodpeckers have drilled their 4th floor into the dead branch in the maple in my yard. The first move-in was 4 years ago, days before I intended to cut the branch down, only to find the now-highest hole. Now, every year, we have a nest, always 6-12" lower than last year. (Pic best expanded)
