Just got into it w a friend of almost 30 years. I didn't want to, he wanted to and kept at it. I had no idea he'd converted. I tried a few times to just get gim to drop it, he's not going to change my mind and I'm not going to change his. He wouldn't. I've put him on a non engagement time out while I decide if he's still worth having in my life. He was insulting and disrespectful. I have another good friend we determined long ago and agreed that politics was off limits and we get on just fine.
