* went out of infrastructure freeze since f41 is now out.
* Fixed fedora:latest containers to correctly point to f41. :)
* Tracked down why cookie awarding in matrix wasn't working and fixed it (wrong state on f41 in bodhi)
* Bunch of pr's for updating releng docs.
* bvmhost-x86-03.stg had a disk die, but then it got in a really anoying state and wouldn't boot. Finally managed to get it back up after a lot of cursing at this old dell raid adapter.
