#Today I am recovering from yesterday. And yesternight. I was overnight in hospital after my both-end-oscopy. And the doc had not written up an optional diazepam for me (I forgot to ask). And it was really windy (egads, wind noise does not do me any good), and my leg was super hurty so I was feeling a bit stressed.

And the nursing staff agreed to contact the on-call doctor to get approval, and apparently they did not approve.

Fortunately, at some point I remembered I had some in my bag. Hospitals really hate you self medicating with stuff like that while in their care, and I entirely understand their reasoning but if they're going to say no when someone's stressing out, fuck them with a forky stick I reckon.

So glad to be home.
