Of course they did. And Apple will challenge it as they have surely had lawyers combing to see if their implementation falls in the DMA rules (technically). It's blatantly not with the intent of the law, but they will argue it complies with it as spelled out in black and white. In the meantime, they will blame it and withhold new bells and whistles to piss off the masses and try to get them to demand the pesky law revoked.
