AI Art Copyright Class Action hearing: Judge Orrick's tentative is to dismiss almost all of the claims against Stability AI, Midjourney and DeviantArt with leave to amend. Seems skeptical that Stable Diffusion plausibly incorporates the plaintiffs' works given how small the model is vs the 5B images it was trained on.
