Yuusha Shoukan ni Makikomareta kedo, Isekai wa Heiwa deshita / I Was Caught up in a Hero Summoning, but That World Is at Peace is one I've enjoyed quite a bit, since there's no focus on the overt big battles and whatnot there's tons of romance.
Clearing an Isekai with the Zero-Believers Goddess isn't what I'd call the best, but it's (at least the web novel ver. I read is) finished, and it's got some level of romance that actually shows up.
Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo is one I didn't really feel when reading the LN at first, but the manga actually got me to enjoy it a bit more. It's not exactly all that special, but the girls are well loved (sex) and they all enjoy being together.
Reborn as a Space Mercenary: I Woke Up Piloting the Strongest Starship! Doesn't have as much overt romance, and I'll be honest this is just my bias because I like the stupid sci-fi + (very slight) cyberpunk + fantasy story it has. Still has some obvious romance elements with his all female crew.
I would try to look into more in my library but the WSA client is fucking dying trying to load this many high res manga covers into the emulator's RAM. Meanwhile my LN collection is super unorganized across 2 drives.
