Following the guidance and emphasis placed over the years by Iran’s Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, We have begun the 20,000-megawatt program.
Ever since we announced that we will build the power plants ourselves, the willingness of others to cooperate with us has actually accelerated. Previously, they thought that by blocking international cooperation, they had stopped us or made us give up. Unfortunately, some people inside the country were also promoting that idea.”
