#money is never to be confused with real wealth, be it fiat, #bitcoin or some other currency. not only is it important for a well-functioning economy to utilize an adequate currency, but also there must be actual goods and services which are being represented by the coin.
also consider that our wealth ("first world countries", whatever that might be) is being stolen by #neocolonialism from other parts of the world, and that that is being accomplished by the use of global FIAT system. so, if FIAT were to be replaced by BTC, there would also be less resources available to the industrial nations.
