The rushed #UBS deal to acquire #CreditSuisse was brokered by the Swiss govt, the central bank, and the banking regulator.
It is reminiscent of the UK govt brokered deal in which #LloydsBank acquired rival, #HBOS, during the global financial crisis 14 years ago!
