A freak accident at home today, resulted in fine, glass shards slightly scratching my right eye. I went to an urgent care center, and fortunately, since I'd been wearing eyeglasses, it wasn't as bad as it could have been. The doc did an eye exam, put in drops to see if she could see any foreign object in my eye. After giving me a tetanus/whooping cough vaccine, she told me to use artificial tears every 2 hours and rest my eyes for the rest of the day. So, no Mastodon posting, TV or reading. OMG.
