Trump's classified documents case being dismissed not on the merits of the case, but an 'originalist' technicality from an unqualified partisan judge, should surprise no one. Unfortunately, this is what happens when you allow courts to be packed with these kinds of judges. And it's not like we allowed it to happen. They packed the SC by waiting out an election 9 months into the future, and another less than 2.
Please stop voting Republicans into office so we can retain some form of legitimacy.
