chepurnoy - @hlopez_ @robin_linus I doubt that a proof of non-TC can be done at all for not so trivial machine as Bitcoin blockchain circa 2015. So a proper answer would be "we don't know yet", not a denial. I mean strictly denying TC was not a smart option.
