Changed my CI to publish the sopass subplot document, which documents the acceptance criteria I have for it and how I have automated verification that they are met.

sopass is my small command line tool that wraps a Stateless OpenPGP (SOP) implementation to provide a command line password manager, spiritually simlar to the highly popular pass program, but not tied to GnuPG.
