vaulted windows
bestow harmonic wisdom,
painted angels inspire quiet
contemplation.

The Path to Peace once well-travelled
now overgrown,
corrupted.

A false Flame of Knowledge burns
atop the dome,
fueled by dusty books
feeding the war furnace below.
