And yes, it is pretty messed up of Casio to require you to login to their service (which they apparently have trouble securing) just to sync with your phone over bluetooth.
This obviously is not actually needed or these third party apps would not work.
It appears to be a blant grab of personal information from their users for no good reason. 😕
