I’ve been in the corporate world for 12 years now, and while there’s always been program & project management functions, it seems like it’s gone overboard the last few years, particularly with the adoption of the PMO discipline..I surmise it’s mainly due to the increasing needs for tech development, but honestly it results in never ending planing that becomes a constant time suck..do you agree?
