I tried #wheatgrass with soy for experience. I didn't warm it at all, thought it can't be good for nutrients. It was a bit like matcha chai late. Felt a bit heavy on the digestion.
Next I'll try it with lemon water. I drink that anyway, so will be good to add to it.
