Central bank = communism because central bank before communism.
In the central bank system the people do not control the means of production, which I understand to be a prereq. Also private property exists, even though prices are bastardized.
I'm more sympathetic to the idea that
Central banking is like socialism, as it involves government control and regulation of the economy, with decisions made by insiders and friends of the govt, rather than communism's complete abolition of private ownership.
Communism is a red herring of the socialist movement.
Could be my jekyl island bias though.
