I subjectively do not like dark mode. I find it hard on the eyes as it often includes lower contrast levels between text and backgrounds than light mode. I wish fewer things would force you to “! Try dark mode !” when they introduce the feature. Could I have an actual high contrast mode instead everywhere please?
