Tools like jetpack allow you to cross post to multiple platforms.
@ pluralistic@mamot.fr tends to copy over the blog onto Mastodon so that's handy. I see you own your own server so that helps!
Video is very expensive to permanently keep anywhere so it depends what you want to do. Their algorithms won't be kind to you so the lifespan of work on them is unknown. Peertube exists but seems pretty small.
